It is with much sadness and regret that we inform you of the sudden passing of long time member Frank Strange of Brigg, Lincolnshire. He was owner of Marshall 61880, a 7nhp single cylinder traction engine which he purchased in 1963 and is now owned by Peter Love.Frank had an encylcopaedic knowledge of Lincolnshire traction engines and was much involved with the Lincolnshire Steam Preservation Society and the Road Locomotive Society.

Frank passed away suddenly at home on Sunday 25th May.

Frank's funeral will take place on the Friday 6th June at 13:20pm at Woodlands Crematorium, Brumby Wood Lane, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN17 1SP. Tel: 01724 280 289.
