The National Traction Engine Trust

With the great and the good descending on Aberdeen next week for the Annual General Meeting and associated visits, the National Traction Engine Trust Pop Up will be found in Gloucester Quays from the 19th through to the 22nd of November continuing to build on the ground already laid in recent months.

It is often said that the Trust needs to get out and about more, and be seen as well as heard. Well the Gloucester Quays Victorian Market attracts around 25,000 people a day and is considered to be one of the best of it's kind in the UK with coaches coming from far and wide. The event has over 250 stalls, all of excellent quality as well as the brand names in the main arcades. A Traditional Fun Fair is always in attendance as are an excellent group of Dickensian actors, who have to be seen to be believed.

Of course the Trust is playing a small part in the overall event, but the Pop Up will be found up near the Steam Engines, so if your not heading to Aberdeen and you want to have a chat about all things NTET, come along and say hello.
